Spring break: BOOKED!

We are flying, but here’s what the driving path would look like from place to place!

In the beginning of March, Andrew and I are taking an awesome trip up the coast (flying) to visit some amazing parts of Australia!!!!!!

A/E: Sydney (start and finish)
B: Cairns, Queensland where we will go scuba diving in the Great Barrier Reef, visiting the Dainstree rainforest etc. for 3 days.
C: Brisbane. Queensland to check out the city, visit Troy (Andrew’s cousin) and hang for a day or two.
D: Maroochydore, Queensland to visit Andrew’s aunt Joyce and uncle Gordon and see the beautiful Sunshine Coast for the rest of the week.

Overall, we will be visiting 3 new cities with sooooo much to do and enjoy! Only 3 short weeks away already. Can’t wait!

And on another cool note, today a bunch of us went to the Taronga Zoo in Sydney. It was so much fun and we saw the cutest animals, including giraffes, elephants, koalas, kangaroos, tons and tons of birds, seals and more. I got picked out of the audience to participate in the bird show, probably my favorite part.

The bird flew and landed on my arm…

And took my 1 dollar coin out of my hand!!!

My camera battery was dead today (totally my fault…) but my friends got some great shots obviously so check back at the photo gallery this week for many more photos from not only the zoo but a lot of what we have been up to here down under.
